A thrombosis clinic is an outpatient clinic designed to care for people who have recently been diagnosed with a blood clot in their leg (Deep Vein Thrombosis, DVT) or in their lung (Pulmonary Embolism, PE) or who are required to take daily anticoagulants (aka blood thinners, such as warfarin (Coumadin ©)).

The thrombosis clinic is currently located on the third floor in room 3323 at Cornwall Hospital's McConnell Avenue Site.
