Introduction


The Cornwall Community Hospital Corporate Scorecard provides a quarterly report on the organization’s performance. Indicators have been identified to measure performance against the Strategic Directions of the Hospital and the Annual Performance Targets.

This document is intended to be used across the entire hospital as a key resource for evidence based decision-making. It is hoped that the availability and communication of this information will assist the hospital in achieving its vision to provide Exceptional Care. Always.
