Our Services
We offer a range of confidential, compassionate mental health, substance use health, and addiction counselling and support for people of all ages, including families and caregivers. Supporting people across Cornwall, Akwesasne, and SD&G in English and French, with interpretation available. Services are publicly funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health.

Adults (16+)

Under 18 – Need a counselling session right away?
One Stop Talk offers free, immediate single session virtual counselling for children and youth. Using this service will not affect your place on a waitlist. Get started at onestoptalk.ca

If your substance use, addiction, or mental health needs are a medical emergency, or if there is a concern you might hurt yourself or someone else, call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
Community Withdrawal Management Services:
Safe and supportive client-centered community withdrawal management services for people aged 16 or older needing assistance with withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs. Call 613-938-8506.
