“On Track” is part of the Cornwall Hospital’s Community Addiction and Mental Health Services. We work closely with The Champlain District Regional First Episode Psychosis program that is based out of Ottawa. It provides early intervention and treatment for psychosis. The goal of treatment is remission of symptoms and community re-integration. We help clients improve their well-being through the use of effective medications and other interventions, such as psycho-therapy, education, individual and family support. Community agencies are partners in care and help assist with things such as vocation and support groups. These approaches promote recovery and prevent relapse.

We are forever grateful to those who had been on these lands before us and through their stewardship and connection to the land, have made it what it is now. Read our full Land Acknowledgement here.
